If there is one film getting a lot of chit chat its Len Wiseman’s Total Recall, a remake of the 1990 film of the same name that starred Arnold Schwarzenegger and Sharon Stone. Wiseman’s film follows a similar story line to that of the 90’s film but excludes the trip to Mars and contains strong political overtones. Also, this film has a lot more going on, visually, with its graphics and animation. The film stars Colin Farrell as Doug Quaid, Kate Beckinsale as Lori and Jessica Biel as Melina. Other actors include Bryan Cranston, Bill Nighy, Ethan Hawke and Bokeem Woodbine. The film is due to hit theater’s August 3rd.
Columbia Pictures recently released a new story featurette for the film, giving an in-depth, behind-the-scenes look into the formation of the story and its various action sequences, along with some input from the cast.
