We sit down for an intimate conversation with Sir Patrick Stewart to discuss his latest film Match, some of his life stories, and his advice for young aspiring artists.
Sir Patrick is a name that needs no introduction. With a career spanning over five decades, Sir Patrick has been involved with some of the most prolific film, television and stage productions ever produced. On the film side of things, he is most often recognized as Professor Xavier from the X-Men Franchise, while Captain Jean-Luc Picard in Star Trek: The Next Generation television show, and its subsequent films. Sir Patrick’s roots are in the theatre scene, having performed with various companies around the world. Most notable, he spent over 16 years with the Royal Shakespeare Company performing some of the most prolific roles. He was recently seen on Broadway performing along side fellow actor and best friend Sir Ian McKellan in the the double-bill Waiting for Godot and No Man’s Land.
