One character we all loved from the first two Iron Man films was Happy Hogan, the bodyguard/sidekick to the unpredictable Tony Stark (Robert Downey Jr.). Portrayed by Jon Favreau, the character added that extra oomph to the films and Favreau’s acting complemented the other performances very well. Even though he will not be in the director’s chair for the third installment, Favreau has closed a deal to reprise the role of Happy Hogan for the third-installment. After the recent box-office success of The Avengers, the follow-up Iron Man story is something everyone is talking about and with original characters such as Happy Hogan returning, we can only wait to see what magic this Marvel film will bring to the big screen.
Iron Man 3 is scheduled to release May 3rd, 2013.
