SECTION 1: General Information

The Arts Guild Inc. utilizes non-tracked parcel shipping and water resistant packaging to deliver all of our magazine issues internationally. This is done so to be cognizant of costs as an indie publisher.

All of our magazine stocks are checked in real-time and orders are only taken for products available. Should any mistakes be made regarding stocks and processing information, we will contact you to notify you and process a refund if we cannot solve the problem.

SECTION 2: Delivery Logistics

Issues are usually shipped out within 2 weeks after the product is made available. This “available” date is what you see on your pre-order process. No follow-ups are required, payments get processed when you submit your pre-order, and issues are shipped out immediately to readers.

Transit times, after you receive confirmation that your item has been shipped:

  • CANADA: 1-9 days
  • USA: 6-14 days
  • INTERNATIONAL: 7-15 days

Shipping is absolutely free, worldwide.

For the most part, we do accept returns. However, return shipping and packaging costs are the responsibility of the buyer and returns will be made only after the order has been returned.
