Scream Queen Danielle Harris makes her directorial debut with Among Friends. We chatted with the films writer, actor and co-producer Alyssa Lobit at Fan Expo 2013 to get to know a bit about the film, the horror elements of the film and what audiences can expect when they go to watch it.
Among Friends is a twisted horror about a dinner party gone wrong, when one in the group of friends hijacks the evening in the name of honesty and integrity. Trying to make everyone come clean about their secret betrayals against one another, this psychological horror soon reveals whose willing to take “physical” measures to make that goal a reality.
Alyssa Lobit is the writer of Among Friends, working closely with Harris and other members of the team to make the film a reality. This is the second film which she has written, starred and co-produced, the last one being a drama called The Things We Carry.
