One conversation we couldn’t share from last year was an intimate interview with New York based actress Bree Michael Warner. A year later, we return to New York for the Tribeca Film Festival, and this time, we are not going miss sharing our in-depth, personal conversation.
Born in Cleveland, Ohio, Warner has had a colourful career in film and television. A self-proclaimed Star Trek geek, Warner has juggled an interesting group of projects, recently tackling Brian A Miller’s Officer Down, William Heins’ written/directed Humdinger and her recent, Tribeca 2014 premiering short Trust Me, I’m a Lifeguard. She has juggled a number of television roles as well, productions including Detective Force, American Heiress, Haunted and CSI: Miami. If being involved on screen wasn’t enough, Warner has also juggled with theatre, recently appearing Off-Broadway Production of Pulitzer Prize Nominee Lee Blessing’s Two Rooms. While she is plenty involved with the acting side of things, she shares a passion for photography as well, with her images appearing in numerous publications.
Warner sits down with us to chat about her latest short film, Trust Me, I’m a Lifeguard, premiering at the 2014 Tribeca Film Festival. A close friend of ours, she also shares the various happenings over the past year, including an unfortunate event that changed her life, and the way she approached art, forever.
Enjoy the interview.
