We sit down for a chat with actress Ali Liebert about Bomb Girls, Afterparty and much more!

Liebert hails originally from British Columbia; born in Surrey and raised in Duncan. Her drive to perform took her to the Canadian College of Performing Arts in Victoria, spending 2 years training, before moving to Vancouver to kick-off her career. Her most notable and iconic role to date is that of Betty McRae in the hit-TV show Bomb Girls, starring opposite the very talented Meg Tilly. She reprised her role in both seasons of the show and will do so again in the upcoming movie, which will premiere in the new year. Her other roles include Nikki Bolton on Harper’s Island, Rebecca on Intelligence and Tami on Health Nutz. She has guest starred in numerous other productions as well, including Lost Girl, The L Word, Psych, Fringe and Human Target.

In 2011, she, Nicholas Carella and Michelle Ouellet started Sociable Films, a boutique film production company that follows an artist driven philosophy. Their first film, Afterparty, will make its World Premiere at the 13th annual Whistler Film Festival.
