We interview Canadian actress Anna Silk about the upcoming fourth season of Lost Girl, in-depth about her character Bo Dennis and much more.
Born in Fredericton, New Brunswick, Anna Silk was exposed to the arts at a very young age. Her mother was a well-known actor and playwright, and it was while visiting play rehearsals and such when Silk was first introduced to the arts. After attending St. Thomas University for her BA, she traveled to Toronto to further pursue her career, later moving to LA. Over the span of her career, she has had many notable guest roles in a variety of productions including Ghost Whisperer, Republic of Doyle and Being Erica. She has also been involved with a variety of films as well including Breakfast with Scot (2007) and Assassins Tale (2013). Her most notable role is, of course, Bo Dennis, a Succubus on Lost Girl.
The Lost Girl phenomenon kicked off in 2010 when Showcase premiered the show in September. Created by Michelle Lovretta, the show follows the life of Bo Dennis (Anna Silk), a bisexual Succubus who is in search of who she is and her supernatural abilities. Since then, the show has launched into a global phenomenon, with fans in their millions watching all over the world.
Lost Girl returns for its fourth season on Sunday, November 10, at 10 p.m on Showcase.
