Yes folks. Im trying to be witty here. Green Day’s American Idiot is coming to Toronto! The multi-award winning musical will launch its North American Tour and its only Canadian stop at the Toronto Centre for the Arts on December 28th and will run through January 15th 2012. The production is presented by Dancap Productions Inc., the same folks who brought us the currently playing Memphis The Musical.
The tour features an absolutely spectacular cast with original Broadway cast members Van Hughes & Leslie McDonel returning as Johnny & Heather respectively. The show also features Gabrielle McClinton as Whatsername, Nicci Claspell as The Extraordinary Girl, Jake Epstein as Will, Scott J. Campbell as Tunny and ensemble members Talia Aaron & Gabriel Antonacci. Jake, Scott, Talia & Gabriel also happen to be Canadian!
