Meet Odessa Young. A talented young Australian artist who stared in two films that were showcased at TIFF 2015: The Daughter and Looking for Grace. We had an amazing opportunity to sit-down and have a chat with this up-and-comer, a name to definitely keep an eye out for in future projects.
Directed by Sue Brooks of Japanese Story fame, Looking for Grace follows married couple Dan & Denise (Richard Roxburgh and Radha Mitchell) who embark on a road trip across Western Australia in pursuit of their runaway teenage daughter Grace (Odessa Young). The film has received critical acclaim and was nominated for the Golden Lion at the 2015 Venice Film Festival.
Odessa Young started acting at the age of 11, making her television debut as a Victorian-era child on ABC’s My Place.
