Rebecca Romijn and Jon Tenney chat about ‘King and Maxwell’

We had the wonderful opportunity of interviewing Rebecca Romijn and Jon Tenney about their new show King and Maxwell, premiering August 27th at 10 ET/PT on Showcase.

King and Maxwell is a procedural drama about two former CIA agents turned private investigators, Sean King (Jon Tenney) and Michelle Maxwell (Rebecca Romijn), who team up and work together to solve local crimes and happenings. They bring to the table their unique skill set, witty attitude and powerful chemistry to be one step ahead of both suspects and law enforcement officers.

Rebecca Romijn is best known for playing Raven Darkholmem, AKA Mystique, in the first three X-Men Films. She is widely recognized on TV as Alexis Meade on Ugly Betty, as Roxie Torcoletti on Eastwick and of course as Pepper Dennis on The WB show of the same name. Other film and television credits include Good Deeds, The Punisher, Femme Fatale, Just Shoot Me! and Man About Town.

Jon Tenney most iconic role is as Agent Fritz Howard on The Closer, a role he reprises in the spin-off series, Major Crimes. He can also be recognized as John Milner from Free Willy 2. Other film and television credits include Rabbit Hole, Green Lantern, The Newsroom, The Division, Good Company and Beverly Hills Cop III. He is a number of Broadway credits to his name as well, including 1995’s revival of The Heiress starring opposite Cherry Jones.

King and Maxwell premieres on August 27th at 10 ET/PT on Showcase in Canada.
