Quick Introduction: I’m a Ching music artist that writes tunes that are personal, but not on a level that makes it embarrassing. We did a tour with Paul Langlois from the tragically hip last year and we are putting out our third record in the fall with the working title of “alter-ego” just a year after our sophomore effort Mr.Rightplace.
What got you into music? I watched a girl that I loved at summer camp fall for a guy playing guitar when I was 12. Her name was Jobina. It never would have worked. I knew what I had to do.
What are your sources of inspiration? Life. Living. Watching people. My family. My kids. The hope of someday quitting my day job and just being able to play music with band!
Dream gig? Already played a couple “dream gigs” that I never thought I would have played . All of us in the band are big fans of the big stage sound! The more time spent on that, the better.
Your thoughts about NXNE? Love this festival!! Quick little drive down from Kingston, very organized, and everyone is super friendly and wanna see live music!
Interesting points others don’t know about you? Mmmmmmmm, not sure. I have two cats, two horses, two kids, and two jobs. One very loving girlfriend.
